Overview

Playbook is the live client strategy document for evidence-grounded strategy, scripts, email copy, launch planning, assigned SalesHive team, and controlled client review. Internal editors can inspect field-level Change History and restore one recorded From value at a time. Each restore creates a new Revert history entry.

How to use this page

  1. Open the client strategy document

Choose a client, then open Platform > Onboarding > Playbook. Use the section rail for Generate, Your Team, Best Practices, strategy, targeting, proof, Calling Script, Post-Call Emails, Auto Emails, Objections, Meeting Handoff, Launch Plan, Calendar, comments, and History.

  2. Review the strategy and assigned team

Check approved client facts, proof, pricing, offers, and operating details against direct client context or verified research. Your SalesHive Team groups current Leadership and SDR assignments, connected email accounts, and co-strategists while avoiding duplicate people.

  3. Edit email and calling content

Internal editors can update Calling Script sections plus Post-Call, Auto Email, and meeting-email subjects and formatted bodies. Full email toolbars include Font, Size, color, capitalization, and supported merge fields. Wait for Saved before leaving a recently edited card.

  4. Add or restore a Post-Call card

Use Add email to fill a missing Variant A or B and then add later steps through the ten-step maximum. Removed cards appear in Deleted email cards. Restore brings back that exact step and variant without creating a new step.

  5. Review Change History

Turn off View as client, turn on Show history, and open History in the section rail. Each row shows the tracked field, who changed it, the change source, timestamp, and its From and To values.

  6. Revert one recorded field

In the Revert Change column, select Revert for the row you want. Confirm Revert change to restore that row's From value. The action changes only that tracked field, reloads the Playbook, and adds a new history row labeled Revert. It does not roll back the whole Playbook.

  7. Review Launch Plan and client presentation

Use Launch Plan for approval, assignment, grouped contact information, and activation details. Use View as client to preview only approved client-visible sections. Client viewers remain read-only and cannot open internal History.

  8. Copy or print the current Playbook

Copy Content copies the current structured Playbook, including the same filtered Best Practices shown on the page. PDF / Print opens a printable version. Copy Share Link provides the client-facing route when the Playbook is visible.
