Overview

Performance now lives inside each website. Open Agents, Websites, then open a website (it starts on Performance, Overview), or the Existing website row for a site hosted elsewhere. Choose Overview, SEO, Social or Advertising under Performance in the website's sidebar. Old Performance links, including this address, open Performance in the website that matches your Connectors website. Reporting requires Inbound access. Connections opens setup.

How to use this page

  1. Check website traffic

Choose Overall performance. If needed, select Connect Google Analytics, choose a Google account and Analytics property in the dialog, then select Open report. For a loaded report, choose 7, 28 or 90 days. Review Visitors, Visits, Engagement rate and Key events. The Analytics period includes today, which may be incomplete; key events are not necessarily unique leads or sales.

  2. Compare traffic sources and pages

Use Traffic by page to search page paths, sort by Page or Page views, and move through 20 rows at a time with Previous and Next. The Analytics report includes up to 50 pages. Traffic acquisition ranks channels by visits; Daily traffic shows visits, visitors and key events by date. Manage connection opens Analytics setup in Connectors. Retry report retries a failed report.

  3. Review SEO and keyword trends

Open SEO. Search visibility compares estimates with the previous collection. Below it, the report has five tabs: Pages & keywords, Opportunities, Rankings, Search queries and History, and only the selected tab shows. In Pages & keywords, search pages or keywords and filter All pages, Ranking opportunities or Declining keywords. Select a page to expand its sampled keywords, positions, movement, monthly searches and difficulty. Sort keywords by position, search volume or difficulty. Opportunities lists sampled positions 4 to 20; Rankings shows ranking distribution and movement; History compares saved collections. Check the snapshot date and status messages before using the results.

  4. Compare actual Google search results

In SEO, choose 7, 28 or 90 days. The page table combines available Analytics views and key events with Search Console clicks and impressions. Google search performance shows clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and queries ranked by clicks. Recent Search Console days are excluded while Google processes data; limited, privacy-filtered rows may not add up to report totals. Use Connect Search Console when needed.

  5. Set SEO collection preferences

In SEO, when a website is confirmed, expand Reporting settings. If you can manage company connectors, choose Collect SEO reports, Weekly or Daily refresh, and 1 to 100 maximum keywords. Select Save reporting settings. The next scheduled check uses these settings. Collection depends on SalesHive configuration and the remaining monthly allowance; opening the page does not start a paid pull.

  6. Review social activity and advertising

Social shows connected accounts and recent posts in tables. Use Manage social connections to connect, reconnect or disconnect accounts. Test post opens a composer; Publish now sends a real post. Advertising shows Google Ads totals and campaigns ranked by spend for 7, 28 or 90 days. Spend uses the account currency and conversions use its definitions. Use Connect Google Ads or Manage connection for setup. The separate measurement connection has no campaign delivery totals here.

Common questions

Reports belong to the one website address set in Connectors. A hosted website shows them only when its address matches that one; a leading www is ignored. Select Connect website to set or change the address.
No. SEO snapshots are provider estimates from the US search database. Analytics measures visits through your website tracking. Search Console reports Google search activity. Keep their periods and definitions separate.
No. SEO reports contain a changing sample, not a fixed or complete keyword list. Movement compares the same keyword and page URL in both snapshots; a positive movement means an improved rank. Missing reports and unavailable values are not zero results.
The page identifies missing setup, a changed website, paused collection, an exhausted allowance, stale data or a failed or unconfirmed collection. Confirm a changed website in Reporting settings. Existing reports remain available when collection stops.
Open Agents, Websites, open a website and choose Content, Pages, Landing Pages, Blog, Glossary, Page SEO or Media under Content in its sidebar, or describe the change in Chat. Use Connectors, Website for an existing website provider. Use Tools, Landing Pages for the campaign landing-page tool.
Keywords are now inside SEO. On the Pages & keywords tab, expand a row in Traffic by page to inspect its keywords. Keywords without a matched page keeps rows whose URL is missing or does not match the confirmed website; search or sort that separate table. Old Keywords links open SEO.
The table starts with measured page views when Analytics loads, Google search clicks when only Search Console loads, or alphabetical paths when neither loads. Page views cover all traffic sources; search clicks cover Google organic search. Missing measurements are not zero.
